The 38th Annual bridgewater Raft Race

This race was held under difficuty conditions to say the least. The water temperature of the Ottauquechee River was around 38 degrees F, the river was running fast and it was a rainy, chilly day. A lot of people gathered around a huge bonfire to warm up before the race. All pictures in this slide show were taken by Wanda.

There is a movie version of the race on www.video-vermont.com
