Vermont's Most Expensive Home?

Woodstock seems to be keeping up its reputation of being an area where rich people like to have a home. According to a local land and estate broker, Chuck Buchheit, there a several homes in the area which are worth more than $5 million and are just waiting for buyers. But, nothing in the area compares in price with Little Baldy Hill Farm in South Woodstock. The property sits on a mountain top within sight of Killington and Mount Ascutney. The owners are Linda and John Purdy and they want to sell it for $12.9 million. This is believed to be Vermont's most expensive home.
