The Quechee Inn in Winter

The dining room at the Quechee Inn

Quechee Inn at Marshland Farm (Quechee)

Built in 1793, the Quechee Inn was home to Vermont's first Lieutenant Governor. Since that time, the historic residence has been expanded and carefully restored to maintain as much of its 19th century character and charm as possible, while adding modern conveniences like private baths, cable TV and air conditioning for all the guest rooms.

The Inn, with its fine food and hospitality, is one of Vermont's most highly recommended destinations. The rustic and cozy Common Room, with its fireplace and grand piano, provides inviting sitting areas for conversation, a game of chess or a glass of brandy. A highlight of every guest's stay is superb dining by candlelit in the restaurant, which features fresh Vermont produce, meats and cheeses.

Quechee Inn also offers:

Fly Fishing School
Full golfing privileges at the Quechee Club with two 18-hole golf courses, tennis courts, indoor & outdoor pools, sauna and downhill skiing

Banquet facilities for weddings and other social and corporate functions
