This restaurant is located about 10 minutes north of Woodstock on Route 12. It is owned and operated chef-proprietors by W ill Dodson & Ruth Schimmelpfennig. They are escapees from San Francisco where they had operated two restaurants. The Dining Room is the perfect setting for that intimate dinner by the fire. With a seating capacity of 50, it can provide for large parties as well. The menu is price fixed and changes seasonally.

The Main Dining Room requires Reservations. The Main Dining Room is open Thursday - Saturday. Service Hours are 6:00 - 8:30 pm. Max's Tavern seats on a first come basis - No reservations. Max's Tavern is open Tuesday - Saturday. Service Hours are 5:00 - 8:30 pm
